Electrolux board chairman to resign

Swedish home appliance maker AB Electrolux said Oct. 9 that Ronnie Leten will step down as member and chairman of the company's board of directors as from the annual general meeting on April 5, 2018.

Leten, who is also a member of the Electrolux remuneration committee, has been chairman of the board since 2014.

The company said its nomination committee will propose a new chairman at the annual general meeting in 2018.
