Lovleen Malhotra and Olzhas Kurmanov joined the board of directors of JSC Tengri Bank as new members, the Kazakh lender said May 31.

Malhotra represents the lender's main shareholder Punjab National Bank, while Kurmanov will serve as an independent member of the board.

The bank also said that Timur Kuanyshev was excluded from the board of directors.
