Future Land unit issues US$200M of notes maturing 2022

Future Land Development Holdings Ltd.'s Future Land Holdings Co. Ltd. completed its overseas issuance of US$200 million of U.S. dollar-denominated notes.

The notes, which will mature Aug. 8, 2022, carry a 5% yearly interest rate. Net proceeds will repay certain existing debt of the unit.

The company listed the notes on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd. on Aug. 10.
