Apache Capital is partnering with retirement housing company Audley to build a £125 million luxury retirement village in central London that will be the second of its kind in the city, The (U.K.) Telegraph reported.
Apache has received planning approval for the site in Clapham and expects Audley to start work early in 2018.
Audley previously built small communities with extensive amenities on sites outside the capital.
The Oct. 15 report cited the duo as saying they would partner on the development of similar schemes in coming years, with Apache providing the land investment and Audley taking over the construction.
