Matthew Deines, Sound Financial Bancorp Inc.'s executive vice president, CFO, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, is leaving the company, effective March 31.

The Seattle-based company's president and CEO, Laurie Stewart, will be its CFO, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer on an interim basis. Stewart is also president and CEO of subsidiary Sound Community Bank.
