ManhattanCorp. Ltd. said April 4 that it appointed William Witham COO.

Witham has over 25 years' experience in the mining, oil andgas, government and corporate sector. He has spent the last three years withthe Western Australia's chamber of minerals and energy on land access,environmental and infrastructure issues.

The board looks forward to working with Witham to deliverthe required approvals and permits to develop the uranium project inWestern Australia.
