Globalworth Poland Real Estate NV's board will name nonexecutive director Dimitris Raptis interim CEO, succeeding CEO and executive director Malgorzata Turek, who is leaving the company to explore other opportunities.

The Polish real estate company also named Lukasz Duczkowski as its new head of investments, succeeding Artur Apostol, who has been appointed COO.

Duczkowski most recently worked at Griffin Real Estate.
