Times Property board proposes to change company name to freshen identity

Times Property Holdings Ltd.'s board is seeking to refresh the company's corporate identity by changing its English and Chinese names, subject to shareholders' approval.

The board said the name change to Times China Holdings Ltd. will be beneficial to the company's future business development and will better reflect a new corporate identity and image that best serves the interest of the company and its shareholders.

If approved, the name change would be followed by the alteration of the company's stock short names for trading on the Hong Kong stock exchange, according to a filing.
