Souderton, Pa.-based Univest Bank and Trust Co., a subsidiary of Univest Corp. of Pennsylvania, opened its first financial center in the Lehigh Valley, located in the Hamilton Crossings Shopping Center, according to a press release.

Clifton, N.J.-based Clifton Savings Bank, a subsidiary of Clifton Bancorp Inc., filed an application with the OCC for a branch at 1530 Route 46 West in Woodland Park, N.J., according to the regulator's website.
Midwest
The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago approved Elkader, Iowa-based Central State Bank's application to open a branch at 5210 Council St., in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, according to a Federal Reserve release.
The bank is a subsidiary of AJJ Bancorp Inc.

The Chicago Fed approved Hartland, Wis.-based Town Bank's application to open a branch at 4732 West Lisbon Ave. in Milwaukee, according to a Fed release.
Wintrust Financial Corp. is the bank's parent company.

Eldorado, Ill.-based Banterra Bank, a unit of Banterra Corp., is set to open a loan production office at 825 Chestnut St. in Mt. Carmel, Ill., in mid-December, according to a press release.

Bellevue, Ohio-based First National Bank of Bellevue, a unit of First Bancshares Inc., filed an application with the OCC to establish a branch at 1300 Oak Harbor Road, in Fremont, Ohio, according to the regulator's website.

Green Bay, Wis.-based Nicolet National Bank on notified the OCC that it intends to close two of its branches in Wisconsin, according to the regulator's website.
The Nicolet Bankshares Inc. subsidiary is set to close its branch at 119 North First St., in Abbotsford, and at 864 North Lake Ave., in Phillips.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta approved Cocoa Beach, Fla.-based Sunrise Bank's application for a branch at 109 East Church St., in Orlando, Fla., according to a Fed release.

Plant City, Fla.-based Sunshine Bank, a unit of Sunshine Bancorp Inc., closed its branch at 105 E. Robinson St., in Orlando, Fla., according to the OCC's website.
Southwest
Poteau, Okla.-based Community State Bank filed an application with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City for a branch at 1207 North Highway 2, in Wilburton, Okla., to increase its investment in bank premises in the total amount of $550,000, according to a Fed release.
The bank is a unit of First Poteau Corp.

West
Bridge Bank, is a division of Phoenix-based Western Alliance Bank, is set to open an office in Raleigh-Durham in early 2017, according to a press release.
The bank also opened an additional office in San Francisco, and new offices in San Diego, Menlo Park, Atlanta, and Raleigh-Durham over the past 18 months.
Western Alliance Bank is a unit of Western Alliance Bancorp.
