Care Capital Properties to sell up to $250M of common stock under equity deal

Care Capital Properties Inc. and Care Capital Properties LP signed an equity distribution agreement for the sale of up to $250.0 million of the company's common shares in at-the-market offerings from time to time.

Any net proceeds will go toward general corporate purposes, including acquisitions, investments and debt repayment.

The equity distribution agreement was signed Dec. 19 with Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc., Jefferies LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, MUFG Securities Americas Inc., RBC Capital Markets LLC, Stifel Nicolaus & Co. Inc. and UBS Securities LLC as managers.
