AssuredPartners Inc. has acquired Dunmore, Pa.-based Kincel & Co., an independent property and casualty insurance agency.

Pursuant to the transaction, Kincel's participating members and existing staff will continue in their roles. The location will report into AssuredPartners Northeast Pennsylvania.
