Arian Silver Corp.said May 4 that it has secured an exclusive right to evaluate Tierra Nuevo MiningLtd.'s Noche Buena gold-silver tailings project in Mexico for a further 120 daysfor consideration of US$25,000.

The company will perform further metallurgical testing to definethe process required to produce a salable gold and silver concentrate.

Earlier in February, Arian Silver signed a memorandum of understandingwith Tierra Nuevo Mining to conduct a 90-day due diligence on the latter's portfolioof mineral properties.

The properties include an option on the Noche Buena hard rockproject and 100% ownership of the associated tailings project.
