Credicorp Ltd. appointed Luis Romero Belismelis and Patricia Lizárraga Guthertz to be directors on its board, effective March 31.

The company also noted that Reynaldo Llosa Barber, who had served as a director since 1995, left the board at the end of March. Llosa Barber had previously stepped down from the board of Credicorp unit Banco de Crédito del Perú.
