MilestoneApartments Real Estate Investment Trust aims to sell up to C$750.0million of its securities from time to time.

To that end, the company filed a short-form base shelf prospectuscovering the sale of units, debt securities, warrants and subscriptionreceipts. The prospectus is valid for 25 months.

Milestone Apartments is likely to use any net proceeds torepay outstanding debt from time to time, to fund the acquisition of realproperty and other investments, for CapEx, and for other general purposes.
