Fulton Financial makes management changes

Lancaster, Pa.-based FultonFinancial Corp. named Philmer Rohrbaugh to the newly created positionof senior executive vice president and COO, while Beth Ann Chivinski was promotedto senior executive vice president and chief risk officer, effective June 1.

According to a May 3 news release, Rohrbaugh is currently thecompany's senior executive vice president and chief risk officer, a position hehas held since 2012. He will also continue to be responsible for the oversight forthe company's information technology, knowledge management and legal functions.

Chairman, President and CEO E. Philip Wenger said that the companycreated the COO role in order to "bring added focus to a number of priorityareas."

Chivinski is presently senior executive vice president and chiefaudit executive, a role she has held since 2014.
