Durango Resources Inc. said Oct. 11 that it agreed to acquire the 520-hectare Baby-Baby property in Ontario from two arm's-length vendors, subject to approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
The property was discovered during drilling by Dome Exploration in 1973 and hosts a gold occurrence known as Project 44, the 44 Zone or Dome Exploration Project 44.
Durango will pay C$60,000 and issue 3 million shares to the vendors. The property is also subject to a 1% gross revenue royalty.
The company also owns the early stage Decouverte and Trove gold projects in Quebec.
