Cayman National Bank and Trust Co. (Isle of Man) to split activities

Cayman National Bank & Trust Co. (Isle of Man) Ltd. said its activities in the Isle of Man will be separated into two companies after a strategic review.

All of the bank's trust and company administration activities will be transferred to the recently established Cayman National Trust Co. (Isle of Man) Ltd. over the coming months, while its banking, investment and global custodian activities will remain in Cayman National Bank and Trust Co. (Isle of Man) Ltd., which will shortly be renamed Cayman National Bank (Isle of Man) Ltd.

Cayman Islands-based Cayman National Corp. Ltd. is the ultimate parent of Cayman National Bank and Trust Co. (Isle of Man).
