Century Communities launches $50M additional senior notes offering

Century Communities Inc. launched an offering of an additional $50 million of its 6.875% senior notes due 2022.

The new senior notes will be additional issues to the indenture under which the company's outstanding $260 million aggregate principal amount of 6.875% senior notes were issued.

The new notes and the existing notes will have the same terms and are meant to be treated as a single class.

The company said it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay outstanding debt under its revolving credit facility.
