* Harford Bank's board elected Laura Henninger to fill the board position that stockholders of the Aberdeen, Md.-based bank approved at their April 2017 annual meeting.

She will serve until the 2018 annual meeting of stockholders and until her successor is duly elected and qualifies. She is an attorney and a certified public accountant.

* Roxann Middleton Burns joined California Bank of Commerce as an executive vice president, and will lead the new emerging business division.
