China Development Bank issues US$350M of notes

China Development Bank issued US$350 million of notes under its Hong Kong branch's US$30 billion debt program.

The 3.0% notes are due 2022 and are expected to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Dec. 29.

Bank of Communications, China Construction Bank (Asia) and HSBC were dealers for the issuance, according to a Dec. 28 filing.
