Ardiden reports maiden gold resource at Kasagiminnis

Ardiden Ltd. estimated a JORC 2012-compliant maiden inferred mineral resource for the Kasagiminnis deposit, part of its Pickle Lake gold project in Ontario, of 790,000 tonnes at 4.3 g/t gold containing 110,000 ounces.

The resource model was developed using historical drilling data from the 1980s and drilling by Murchison Minerals Ltd. in 2011 and by Ardiden in 2018.

The company has started planning for additional drilling, including talks with First Nations and approvals to extend the resource along strike and at depth at Kasagiminnis, according to a Sept. 10 release.

Meanwhile, Ardiden is planning geophysical surveys, compiling historical data and evaluating drill targets to build project mineral resources at the South Limb, West Pickle and Dorothy-Dobie prospects at Pickle Lake.
