Hotel Property declares 6-month interim distribution

Hotel Property Investments logged an interim distribution of 9.8 Australian cents per stapled security from trading operations for the six months to Dec. 31, 2017, in line with its earlier expectations.

The interim distribution marked a 1% year-over-year increase from the 9.7 cents recorded in the year-ago period, according to a release. The company earlier said it would make the payout March 5 to security holders of record as at Dec. 29, 2017.

Additionally, the owner of freehold pubs and associated specialty tenancies in Australia said it expects to pay out a final distribution of 9.8 cents for a total of 19.6 cents for the full year ending June 30.
