British homebuilder Bellway PLC said it expects its housing revenue for the year ended July 31 to rise more than 8% annually to roughly £3.2 billion from roughly £2.94 billion.
In its latest trading update, the company said housing completions for the period rose 5.7% year over year to 10,892 units, compared with 10,307 units a year ago.
The company's forward order book comprises 4,878 homes, worth roughly £1.22 billion, rising from 4,841 homes with a value of £1.30 billion in the comparable period in 2018.
Bellway said its overall average selling price increased by roughly 2.5% to £292,000 from £284,937 in 2018.
