Argentina's Banco Hipotecario SA on Aug. 4 will place two negotiable bond offerings worth up to 300 million Argentine pesos or its equivalent in U.S. dollars, the company said in a July 31 regulatory filing.
The offering includes 18-month class XLVI bonds with a variable interest rate, and fixed-rate class XLVII securities with a term of 24 months.
The bonds, which are to be issued Aug. 9, are all part of the company's global bond program worth up to US$1.50 billion or its equivalent in pesos.
Aside from Banco Hipotecario, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización SA, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires SA and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires are serving as the local settlement agents for the offering.
As of Aug. 1, US$1 was equivalent to 17.58 Argentine pesos.
