Renewable energy fund manager Glennmont Partners closed its acquisition of a 36-MW wind farm in the Calabria region of Southern Italy, according to a Dec. 9 company news release.

The project will receive a 20-year feed-in-tariff.

Vestas Wind Systems A/S supplied the wind turbines and will also provide operation and maintenance services for the wind facility.

In June, Glennmont raised €850 million for its third clean energy fund, which it planned to use to invest in renewable energy projects across the European Economic Area.
