Nexstar to sell TV station to Ramar for $2.5M

NexstarBroadcasting Group Inc. subsidiary has agreedto sell assets related to Albuquerque, N.M.-based TV station KASA-TV toRamar Communications Inc.

The purchase price for the assets is $2.5 million, whichwill be paid through wire transfer at the closing date. The closing date of thetransaction is set for five business days after certain conditions in theagreement are met or waived.

Media GeneralInc., which is in the process of being acquired by Nexstar, currently owns andoperates KASA-TV, pursuant to certain authorizations issued by the FCC.
