Aflac plans to delist from Tokyo Stock Exchange

Aflac Inc. will file for the delisting of its common shares from the Tokyo Stock Exchange after receiving authorization from the company's board of directors to do so.

The delisting is expected to take effect in October, subject to the exchange's approval. The delisting in Japan will not affect Aflac's listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
