Overstock.com repurchases common stock

Overstock.com Inc. repurchased 604,229 shares of its common stock from various subsidiaries of Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd. at $16.55 per share for an aggregate purchase price of $10 million.

Overstock.com repurchased the shares pursuant to its previously authorized $25 million stock repurchase program. Before the purchase, Fairfax beneficially held about 12.5% of Overstock.com's common stock. After the repurchase, Fairfax now beneficially owns about 10.4% of Overstock.com's common stock, according to a Jan. 30 SEC filing.
