China Hanking Holdings Ltd. appointed chairman and executive director Yang Jiye as the CEO and president of the company, effective March 20.

The appointment comes as Pan Guocheng stepped down from the CEO and president positions due to personal commitments, according to the same-day release.

Guocheng has also been redesignated as a nonexecutive director, from an executive director previously.
