Moody'sCorp. updated its guidance for full-year 2016.
The company now expects GAAP EPS to be $4.70 to $4.80. The new guidance includes an anticipated noncash foreignexchange gain of approximately 18 cents related to a subsidiary reorganization,offset in part by a restructuring charge of approximately 4 cents associatedwith cost management initiatives.
Excluding these items, the full-year 2016 non-GAAP EPS isexpected to be $4.55 to $4.65.
The S&P Capital IQ consensusnormalized EPS estimate for 2016 is $4.58.
The company expects to record the restructuring charge inits third-quarter results and the foreign exchange gain in its fourth-quarterresults.
