Iberdrola SA has entered into a power purchase agreement with telecommunications operator Euskaltel SA to supply energy from the 391-MW Nuñez de Balboa solar project in Spain.

The Spanish electric utility will construct the solar project in Usagre, according to an Oct. 10 release, and it is set to be Europe's largest solar plant.
