MERLIN Properties SOCIMI SA director José Ferrís Monera resigned from the board of directors Dec. 22.

The departure of Monera, whose appointment was proposed by MERLIN shareholder Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA, follows the reduction of Banco's stake in the company.
