CoBiz Bank CEO to retire

CoBiz Bank's CEO, Scott Page, is retiring from the Denver-based institution, effective March 31, 2018.

Page will stay on for a transition period that ends on the same date. CoBiz Financial Inc. Chairman and CEO Steven Bangert has agreed to succeed Page in the role.

CFO Lyne Andrich will take on the additional position of COO, replacing Richard Dalton. Dalton and Robert Ostertag had earlier announced their plans to retire in 2018 — Dalton from the role of COO and Ostertag from the post of chief credit officer. They have now agreed to postpone their retirement dates, but will not remain in their current positions.
