CaterpillarFinancial Services Corp. on April 5 issued $125 million aggregateprincipal amount of its series H medium-term floating rate notes due 2018, and$325 million aggregate principal amount of its series H medium-term 1.500%notes due 2018, according to a Form 8-K filed the same day.

The notes constitute a further issuance of, and will beconsolidated, with the series H medium-term floating-rate notes due 2018 andseries H medium-term 1.500% notes due 2018 issued previously.
