Oct. 3
Brian Moritz was named as a nonexecutive director of Vast Resources PLC following Graham Briggs' resignation from the post to assume the position of overseeing the company's operations in Zimbabwe. Moritz is currently a director of Keras Resources Plc and Goldplat Plc, among others.
Luna Gold Corp. COO David Laing was appointed as a director of Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. The company accepted Thomas Kelly's resignation from its board after being a Fortuna Silver director since April 2011.
Wong Lung Tak and Chan Kin Sang stepped down as independent nonexecutive directors of China Precious Metal Resources Holdings Co. Ltd., effective Oct. 3, to pursue personal interests. Cha Mou Sing and Wu Tai Cheung were named as the miner's new independent nonexecutive directors.
Livia Mahler and Olivier Colom joined the board of Endeavour Mining Corp. as independent nonexecutive directors, effective Oct. 1.
John Anderson was appointed to the board of Savant Explorations Ltd., replacing Rupert Legge, who retired as a director.
Mukund Purohit resigned as a director of Karnalyte Resources Inc., effective Sept. 30, as a result of the termination of Karnalyte's framework agreement with Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd.
Oct. 4
Oracle Coalfields Plc Director Roderick Stead resigned from the company's board and was succeeded by Yves Mordacq, with immediate effect.
Tethyan Resources Plc Director Tim Coughlin stepped down from the company's board, effective immediately, to pursue other activities.
Joseph Montgomery resigned from the board of Infrastructure Materials Corp.
Oct. 5
Olof Forslund retired as a director of Hannans Ltd. following the divestment of the company's Swedish portfolio. Subsequently, Neometals Ltd. nominated Clay Gordon to join Hannans' board as a nonexecutive director. Gordon was a founding nonexecutive director of Phoenix Gold Ltd. and the founding managing director of Primary Gold Ltd.
Metals X Ltd. Director Paul Cmrlec resigned from the company's board, as the pending demerger and separate listing of the miner's gold business will be in conflict with his role as managing director of Pantoro Ltd., which is now an Australian gold producer.
Exterra Resources Ltd. Nonexecutive Director Peter Cole stepped down from the company's board, effective Oct. 4.
Lorne Warner was appointed to the board of Cameo Resources Corp., as Charnjit Singh Jagpal resigned as a Cameo director. Warner also serves as a director of MX Gold Corp.
Stephen Walmsley joined the board of Stakeholder Gold Corp.
Davide Salvatore resigned as a director of BHK Mining Corp., effective immediately. The company has identified a suitable replacement and expects to announce the appointment of a new director in the coming weeks.

Geopacific Resources Ltd. named Ian Clyne as an independent nonexecutive director.
John Sestan was named as an executive director of Marenica Energy Ltd. after working with the company in a commercial consulting role since April 2014.
Stellar Diamonds Plc nonexecutive director Luis da Silva resigned from the company's board with immediate effect to focus on his role as CEO of GB Minerals Ltd.
Doug Flegg and David Baker were appointed as directors of Vendetta Mining Corp., while Jeff Sundar resigned from the company's board to make way for the new appointees.
Oct. 7
James Whiteside was added to the board of Rum Jungle Resources Ltd. as a nonexecutive director, effective Oct. 6.
Venture Minerals Ltd. Nonexecutive Director Bruce McFadzean stepped down from the company's board due to his other business commitments.
Otto Lose will join the board of K+S AG as an executive director, effective Jan. 1, 2017, and will be in charge of the company's business unit for potash and magnesium products.
