Fifth Third Bancorp revises guidelines on director re-election

The board of Cincinnati-based Fifth Third Bancorp revised its guidelines covering the re-election of directors to stipulate that a director whose term expires after his or her 72nd birthday should no longer stand for reelection.

Previous guidelines had the age limit at 70.
