Haitong Securities names 3 directors

Haitong SecuritiesCo. Ltd. named three directors to the board and appointed a supervisor.

The company said May 5 that it named Zhang Ming as independentnonexecutive director, Chu Lawrence Sheng Yu as nonexecutive director and Chan WahMan Carman as nonexecutive director.

The company also appointed Song Chunfeng as a supervisor. Songhas served as general manager at the China Shipowners Mutual Assurance Associationsince March.

Zhang currently lectures at the School of Accountancy of ShanghaiUniversity of Finance and Economics. He is also a director on the boards of variouscompanies including Shang Gong Group Co. Ltd. and Wuxi Commercial Mansion GrandOrient Co. Ltd.

Chu is a managing director and founding partner of Blackpine(HK) Ltd. Chan has been working as head of the private equity department at WallbanckBrothers Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd. since August 2009.
