Park GroupPlc said April 5 that it appointed Laura Carstensen nonexecutivechairman.

She will succeed Peter Johnson, current nonexecutivechairman, who is set to retire June 3.

Carstensen joined the board of Park Group as a nonexecutivedirector in 2013. She has been a nonexecutive director of the since 2014.
