West

Kailua-Kona, Hawaii-based Hawaii Community FCU opened a branch at 111 Aupuni St. in Hilo, Hawaii, West Hawaii Today reported.

Southeast

Kingsport, Tenn.-based Eastman CU opened a branch at 5928 Highway 11E in Piney Flats, Tenn., the Johnson City (Tenn.) Press reported.

Miami-based Ocean Bank, a subsidiary of Ocean Bankshares Inc., opened a branch at 20900 NE 30th Ave. in Aventura, Fla., Miami's Community Newspapers reported.

Southwest

Amarillo, Texas-based FirstBank Southwest, a unit of FirstPerryton Bancorp Inc., opened a branch at 600 S. Tyler St. in Amarillo, NewsChannel 10 reported.

Midwest

Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Three Rivers FCU on May 13 opened a branch at 804 S. 13th St. in Decatur, Ind., Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly reported.

Mid-Atlantic

Carthage, N.Y.-based Carthage Federal Savings and Loan Association, a unit of Riverbank Financial MHC, opened a branch in Croghan, N.Y., the Watertown (N.Y.) Daily Times reported.

Northeast

Fitchburg, Mass.-based Rollstone Bank & Trust, a subsidiary of Rollstone Bancorp MHC, opened a branch at 788 Boston Road in Groton, Mass., the Worcester Business Journal reported May 2.
