Nobles 2 Power Partners LLC filed paperwork to develop a 300MW wind farm in Minnesota's Nobles and Murray counties. The company soughtMinnesota Public Utilities Commission approval April 5 seeking exemption fromcertain information that it deems inapplicable and unnecessary in filing for acertificate of need for the project.
"Nobles 2 has requested exemptions from certain datarequirements on the grounds that, as an independent power producer, such data arenot reasonably available to Nobles 2, are inapplicable to Nobles 2 and theproject, and are not necessary to determine need for the project," thecompany said in its application.
