Guggenheim Securities LLC, the investment banking and capital markets division of Guggenheim Partners, named Todd Richter as a senior managing director in the firm's healthcare investment banking group, focusing on advising companies in the healthcare services and animal health sectors. Richter will join from Barclays.

NMS Capital Advisors LLC, an investment banking and asset management firm, has named Jeffrey Heely managing director of its investment banking division. Heely joined from Advanced Equities Inc.
Crewe Capital LLC named Eugene Urcan president and head of investment banking. Urcan earlier worked at Commerce Street Capital LLC.

Following the acquisition of M. Griffith Investment Services Inc. by Baird, the former's President, David Griffith, will serve as vice chairman of private wealth management. Baird's principal operating subsidiaries are Robert W. Baird & Co. Inc. in the U.S. and Robert W. Baird Group Ltd. in Europe.
The Blue Ridge Group and the Ridgeline Group, composed of six advisers overseeing $390 million in client assets, left Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. to join J.J.B. Hilliard W.L. Lyons LLC in Asheville, N.C., Financial Planning reported. Two advisers who managed $230 million in assets at UBS also joined Hilliard Lyons in May.
Oppenheimer Holdings Inc. unit Oppenheimer Europe Ltd. opened an office in Frankfurt and appointed Jens Munk managing director on the global technology investment banking team and head of a region. Munk previously worked at Kennet Partners LLC.
Houlihan Lokey Inc. appointed Dimitri Drone managing director in financial advisory services. Drone was previously with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Guy Carpenter & Co. LLC hired Shiv Kumar as president and global leader of the capital markets team at GC Securities. Kumar most recently worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC.
Stifel Financial Corp. appointed Michael O'Keeffe chief investment officer and head of investment strategy of the company's broker/dealer unit, Stifel Nicolaus & Co. Inc. O'Keeffe joined the company in 2013 and became a founding partner of one of its financial advisory teams.

Citigroup Inc. hired Dmitry Bulkin as head of electronic cash trading in the Americas, Business Insider reported. Bulkin joined Citi from Credit Suisse.

The Johnson Prince Group, comprising a pair of financial advisers with $610 million in client assets, has left Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. to join RBC Wealth Management in its Century City, Calif., branch, according to Financial Planning. RBC Wealth Management is a part of Royal Bank of Canada.
A four-person adviser team with $500 million in client assets joined SunTrust Investment Services Inc. from Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC, according to Financial Planning.
Outcome Capital LLC hired Tom Peltier as a managing director. Peltier earlier worked at Stifel Nicolaus & Co.
