Crédit Agricole Group's Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank named Matthieu Lance deputy head of global M&A on Dec. 1, the latter company said Dec. 6.

Lance was previously a managing director in corporate finance at BNP Paribas SA, most recently in the M&A business. At Crédit Agricole, he will report to Bertrand Peyrelongue, global head of M&A.

Crédit Agricole Group is also the parent company of Crédit Agricole SA.
