Parkview Capital Credit board member resigns

Parkview CapitalCredit Inc. said that David Abner on March 31 resigned from its board,effective April 1.

According to a Form 8-K filed April 6, Abner decided to resignbecause he intends to provide legal services to the company's affiliate and investmentadviser, Parkview Advisors LLC,which prohibits him from qualifying as an independent director of the company.
