PCCP buys Brookhaven, Ga., apartment project for $99.2M

Pacific Coast Capital Partners, or PCCP LLC, acquired The Goodwynn at Town Brookhaven in Brookhaven, Ga., for $99.2 million, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reported.

The upscale 372-unit apartment project within the mixed-use development along Peachtree Road was sold by a Dallas-based affiliate of Invesco.

The buyer entered into a joint venture with Atlanta-based real estate firm Carroll Organization for the transaction, according to the report, citing DeKalb County property records. Prudential Insurance Co. of America provided financing for the acquisition.
