Renjie Oldsichuan Catering Management Consultant Co. Ltd. said its normalized net income for the second half came to NT$2.05 per share, compared with NT$2.05 per share in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was NT$38.0 million, a decrease from NT$39.5 million in the prior-year period.
Total revenue grew 16.3% year over year to NT$401.2 million from NT$344.8 million, and total operating expenses rose 20.8% from the prior-year period to NT$340.7 million from NT$282.1 million.
Reported net income declined year over year to NT$50.3 million, or NT$2.71 per share, from NT$52.6 million, or NT$2.73 per share.
For the year, the company's normalized net income totaled NT$2.56 per share, a decline of 33.2% from NT$3.83 per share in the prior year.
Normalized net income was NT$47.6 million, a fall of 35.3% from NT$73.6 million in the prior year.
Full-year total revenue increased 8.3% year over year to NT$713.5 million from NT$658.7 million, and total operating expenses increased 18.1% on an annual basis to NT$639.4 million from NT$541.6 million.
The company said reported net income fell 37.7% year over year to NT$60.2 million, or NT$3.23 per share, in the full year, from NT$96.5 million, or NT$5.02 per share.
