Giovanni Boccolini resigned as president of the supervisory board of Privredna banka Zagreb d.d..

The resignation will be effective from the date of the bank's annual general meeting in 2019 at which annual financial reports for 2018 will be presented, the lender said, without providing further details.

Privredna banka Zagreb is a unit of Intesa Sanpaolo SpA.
