Sudbury Platinum acquires 2 nickel-copper-PGM properties from Transition Metals

Sudbury PlatinumCorp. said May 5 that it has acquired the Lockerby East and West Graham properties in Ontario from its majorityshareholder Transition Metals Corp.

In January, Transition Metals acquired the properties and under a memorandum of understanding,assigned its stake in the properties to Sudbury for C$220,081.

To date, the company has completed the interpretation of availableexploration data for the properties and has identified very high conductivity targetareas. It will focus on resurveying historic drill holes related to these areasbefore drilling.

Meanwhile, at the AERKidd project, Sudbury seeks to complete about 18,000 meters of drillingover the next 18 months to further test and evaluate the near-surface nickel-copper-PGMmineralization.
