TWG Holdings Inc. on Aug. 19 agreed to sell Resource Life Insurance Co. to CNO Financial Group Inc. unit CDOC Inc., Resource Life said in a quarterly statement as of Sept. 30.

The transaction is pending regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
