Lancashire Holdings Ltd. named Andrew McKee CEO of Cathedral Underwriting Ltd., effective June 26.

McKee most recently served as CEO of MS Amlin Plc's Lloyd's of London business. Marion Madden will remain interim managing director at Cathedral, pending the start of McKee's appointment.

The appointment is subject to Lloyd's and regulatory approvals.

Cathedral Underwriting is the managing agent for Lloyd's Syndicate 2010 and Syndicate 3010.
