Conagra Brands Inc. said Jan. 2 that it has completed the sale of its Lender's Bagel business to baked goods and snacks maker Bimbo Bakeries USA Inc.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Chicago-based Conagra said the deal included the transfer of Lender's brand and related intellectual property, its production facility in Mattoon, Ill., as well as its inventory.
